A force of awesomeness behind our business

Although not as high in numbers as some of our other business areas, our business support and finance team punch way above their weight in terms of impact. They’re a huge part of our success. And great fun at parties.

Roles in this area include: finance, customer security, legal services, procurement, HR including reward/resourcing and talent development, training… let’s not forget our awesome concierge teams in London and Manchester, who look after our colleagues and ensure they all have a brilliant employment experience.

A little more about what we do

Our talent development team are big on nurturing potential. They make sure everyone has a warm welcome to the business, by organising a 3-day induction in the Peak District for all of our new starters. And they make sure that everyone’s spark can shine bright, with a people manager development program that uses innovative techniques to develop our leaders into real sources of inspiration.

Our finance colleagues support us with teams in both sunny London and even sunnier Manchester. They don’t like to brag, but it just so happens that they helped mastermind our recent flotation of Auto Trader in the London Stock Exchange. Meanwhile the accounts teams keep us steady, cleverly managing our finances and empowering the business to make the best use of our resources – always with the aim of benefitting of our customers.
