As part of our approach to hybrid working, we have set periods during the year where our colleagues can work remotely during the summer and winter. To make the most of this flexibility, we introduced the Self-Care Summer Challenge 2025 - a fun, engaging way to help everyone stay connected, focus on their well-being, and bring extra positivity to their remote working experience.

The challenge encouraged:

• Staying connected with others while working remotely
• Making time for health and wellbeing
• Stepping outside comfort zones and trying something new!
