Time off
You'll get 28 days' holiday along with bank holidays and 2 volunteer days on top of that. Plus, you can enjoy a half day on both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Hybrid working
Our hybrid model, Connected Working, combines the best of both worlds – office and home working. You'll have two fixed weekly office days for team collaboration and one more of your choice to find the right balance for you.
Remote First
During July and August, along with two weeks in December, we have our remote first periods. During these times, you can work remotely anywhere in the UK and from certain locations abroad.
Health
Our comprehensive private medical cover will give you instant access to a range of services whenever you need them. They include 24/7 virtual GP, fertility, menopause and period cover, and more to cover your health and wellbeing.
Pensions
You'll be enrolled in our company pension with Aviva, where standard employer contributions are 7% and employee contributions are 5%, but you can adjust this at any time.
Shares
You get an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares. There's also our save as you earn scheme which gives you the option to buy discounted shares.

We offer a wide range of family-focused support which includes maternity, adoption, shared parental leave, neonatal leave, and backup care for both children and elderly family members.
