What can you expect?
Each role we recruit for will have a tailored assessment process, it typically includes an initial phone interview, followed by an interview based around our values and a role related task. The final stage of process will be an interview with a member of our leadership team. If you are invited to an interview it will take place in either our Manchester or London office. To support your visit, we have put together some helpful information which you can view here.
As a team, we will be on hand to answer any questions and will ensure you have detailed instructions relating to your assessment so you can perform at your best.
Diversity for us means respect for and appreciation of differences in gender; sex; age; sexual orientation; disability and neurodiversity; race and ethnic origin; religion and faith; marital status; and social/educational background and way of thinking.
This also applies to how we recruit, and we're committed to providing a fully inclusive and accessible recruitment process. We are flexible and have experience in adapting both our application and assessments by discussing your individual needs first. We will check if you need any adjustments during our process but feel free to contact the resourcing team in advance of applying to have a confidential chat. You can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 0330 303 9006.
We are a "Disability Confident" Leader and actively welcome applications from people with disabilities. We take part in the Guaranteed Interview Scheme (GIS). This scheme is a commitment to guarantee an interview to any applicant with a disability defined by the Equality Act 2010 that meets the essential criteria for the job.
If you are a disabled applicant wishing to apply under the GIS, please make sure to tick the "yes" box on the Equal Opportunities section of our online application form. If you require to apply offline, please contact us on 0330 303 9006.
